In 51 AC Rajendra Nagar Assembly Constituency & GHMC Rajendra Nagar Ward under Polling Stations 128, 129 & 137 (as per available voter list of today) there are about 2994 voters enlisted, all are from the 18 year old Happy Homes Residential Complex, Opp Pillar No.185 PVNR Expressway, Hyderabad - 500048.
Even after repeated representations and continuously following it with cooperation and coordination of Sri. Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, our constituency Cheela MP, with the outgoing government and it officials due to unknown reasons the below issues and which left unresolved.
I am as voter every right to place before all contesting parties & candidates from this Rajendra Nagar assembly constituency our demands for fulfillment and pre poll written assurance which will taken on priority basis and resolving it within 90 days from the date of taking oath as MLA.
As our bore wells have gone down permanent arrangement of water supply by tankers at a nominal rate per tanker for day to day needs of 720 families in 9 blocks of the complex.
As the Hyderabad Metro Water Board agreed to provide drinking water connection under Bulk Capacity - a) relaxation sought of all charges and levies payable to the board. b) from bulk meter each block be provided with a sub meter connection of dia size agreed. c) each block be issued separate monthly consumption bill for prompt payment. d) water supply to each block should not less than a hour and daily in the morning.
The property tax revision done to all the flats in the 9 blocks be revoked and “As per the MAUD(A2) G O Ms No 6 5/1/2016 clearly says that residential building occupied by the owner, wherein the Annual Rental Value does not exceed Rs. 4,100/- (i.e., Rs. 1,200/- Property Tax per annum) subject to condition that the beneficiaries of exemption shall pay a nominal amount of Rs. 101/- per annum towards Property Tax. There's no mention in G O about MSB construction are not eligible for tax concession.
A separate vehicle for garbage clearing from door to door of occupant inmates in all the 9 blocks should be allotted. The garbage clearing contractor should collected the garbage from door to door as well as his/her monthly charges from the occupant inmates directly. A circular in this regard should issued by the local sanitation authority.
Bus shelters should be constructed on to and fro road between pillar no 184 and 186 and all route services passing through should made to halt for boarding and alighting of commuters from half square kilometer area in a around it.
Before formation of Telangana state the open ground was handed over to the GHMC to develop it as park. Work left uncompleted and now in shambles. In the space available a community hall be constructed equipped with a reading library for benefit of the inmates of the 9 blocks and surrounding colonies.
As the election notification has not come out yet, the voters are of the opinion that, the sitting Lok Sabha MP and Rajendra nagar Corporator can take up the some of the issues which are within their powers to resolve it.
Note: Necessary documentary evidences on above unresolved demands will be produced before the contesting candidates on demand by the party/contestant.
